The Community Economic Development Alliance(CEDA) was established in 1994 and incorporated as a non-profit organization with a 501 (c)(3) tax status in 1995.  The organization serves the community through its emergency food assistance program and providing housing services to the disabled homeless. 

MISSION STATEMENT

To enhance and improve the lives of disabled individuals, disadvantaged youth and adults, women and elderly victims of domestic violence, homeless individuals, and adults with children.

GOALS

  • To be a change agent for those seeking a better life 
  • To supply emergency food assistance to individuals with short-term food needs 
  • To provide support and service for the disabled homeless

                     2010 VISION


CEDA will continue to strive to be an organization that seeks to strengthen people, their families, and neighborhoods through partnerships with various community organizations and outreach programs. 

 

In response to the growing demand for individualized service outlets; CEDA will embark on new areas of focus that support the ever changing needs of our citizens. The five key areas will include: expanding our food pantry program, embarking on child & youth programs, collaborating with employers and other agencies to launch a workforce development program and expanding our planning & community partnerships.
